Information we collect
- Account details such as email address, username, profile settings, age or eligibility confirmations, and authentication records.
- Content and activity such as profiles, follows, chats, streams, clips, event RSVPs, venue listings, support messages, moderation records, and preferences.
- Transaction details from purchases, subscriptions, tips, refunds, and payouts. Payment-card data is handled by our payment processor rather than stored by XAZRØS.
- Technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, logs, cookie identifiers, security events, and approximate city/region derived from IP. We do not promise precise location accuracy.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, discovery, streaming, chat, events, venue tools, payments, customer support, and safety features.
- Personalize recommendations and show relevant local content when you choose or permit location-based discovery.
- Detect abuse, enforce rules, protect accounts, prevent fraud, debug the service, and meet legal obligations.
- Measure product performance and communicate service, security, policy, and—when permitted—marketing updates.
Public content and sharing
Usernames, public profiles, creator pages, public chats, streams, clips, teams, events, and venue listings may be visible to anyone. We share necessary information with service providers that help operate hosting, streaming, authentication, storage, analytics, communications, moderation, and payments; with organizers or businesses when needed to fulfill a request; and when required by law or to protect people and the service. XAZRØS does not broker personal-information lists. Some laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly, and applicable opt-out rights still apply.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including account operation, safety, dispute resolution, financial records, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Your privacy rights
- Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or a copy of personal data; opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request.
- Use account settings where available or contact Hello@Vayro.gg. We may verify your identity and may retain information when legally permitted or required.
- Authorized agents may submit requests where local law allows. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator or attorney general.
Children and families
XAZRØS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Users under the age of legal majority should use XAZRØS only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian where required. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information improperly.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as XAZRØS changes. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to Hello@Vayro.gg.
