Agreement and eligibility
By using XAZRØS, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 and legally able to form this agreement. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must review and approve your use where required. Organizations represent that the person creating an account is authorized to act for them.
Accounts and security
- Provide accurate information, keep credentials private, and promptly report suspected compromise.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by XAZRØS’s failure to use reasonable security.
- Do not sell, transfer, automate, or impersonate accounts without written permission.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant XAZRØS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, display, distribute, and promote that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and market the XAZRØS service. This license ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal obligations, enforcement records, and content others have independently shared. You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload or broadcast.
Creators, streams, chat, and clips
- Streaming access may require review, approval, plan limits, and compliance checks. Approval is not guaranteed and may be suspended for safety, rights, cost, or reliability reasons.
- Creators are responsible for broadcasts, music, gameplay rights, guests, moderation, disclosures, and applicable laws.
- Do not manipulate viewers, engagement, rankings, payouts, or eligibility; rebroadcast prohibited content; or evade safety controls.
Events, venues, and real-world activity
Organizers and venue operators—not XAZRØS—are responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, accessibility, staffing, permits, insurance, fulfillment, and cancellation of their offerings. Participants must evaluate real-world risks and follow host and venue rules. Verification badges or reviews are signals, not guarantees.
Founding Creator Pilot
- The new pilot offer is a $7.99 monthly membership for one approved creator channel. It renews until cancelled; the final total and any applicable tax are shown before payment. There is no separate platform-wide streaming membership in this pilot.
- Participating creators receive 70% of eligible pilot subscription revenue and XAZRØS retains 30%. Existing subscriptions and signed creator agreements are not repriced by this offer. Adjustments for refunds follow the applicable agreement and payment record.
- Creator enrollment is by approval. The initial 30-day pilot has no monthly creator fee and is planned around 8 broadcast hours and 200 viewer-hours per creator. Further access is reviewed before the pilot ends; no creator fee starts automatically.
- Playback quality upgrades are being prepared and are not included in the current paid offer. Coins, new Spark purchases and automatic infrastructure-deficit deductions are deferred.
Payments, subscriptions, tips, and rewards
Prices, fees, renewal terms, creator shares, taxes, cancellation terms, and eligibility are shown in the applicable flow. Tips are voluntary and are not purchases of ownership, influence, or guaranteed creator action. Virtual items and rewards have no cash value unless XAZRØS expressly states otherwise. Payment and payout services may require separate processor terms and identity verification.
Prohibited use
- Illegal activity; threats; exploitation; hateful or harassing conduct; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate content; doxxing; scams; malware; spam; or dangerous deception.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights infringement.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, service disruption, credential theft, unauthorized access, or bypassing limits and moderation.
Enforcement and termination
XAZRØS may remove content, limit features, withhold disputed payouts where legally permitted, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests. We consider severity, context, history, and risk. Appeals may be available through the Safety Center. You may stop using XAZRØS at any time.
Service terms and liability
XAZRØS is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, event attendance, creator earnings, venue quality, or user conduct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XAZRØS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. These Terms are governed by applicable law; disputes should first be sent to Hello@Vayro.gg so the parties can try to resolve them informally.
